I've joined the fight against Parkinson's
At 45, I was diagnosed with early-onset Parkinson’s disease. Now, nine years later, on November 12th, I’ll be undergoing Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) surgery to help manage my symptoms.
In preparation for the big day, the wonderful Ebony will be helping me say goodbye to my mop of hair! ✂️
To mark this milestone, I want to do something meaningful ( better late than never) — to give back and help others living with Parkinson’s. So, I’m turning this haircut into a fundraiser to support the Parkinson’s community and the fight against this disease.

Monday 10th Nov So tonight Adam and Ebony came over and put my hair into small plaits then chopped them off. I am going to donate my hair to Variety to use for a wig(s) for kids with Cancer. The rest will be taken off at the hospital before my surgery.Thank you to my Sponsors
