I've created this page in memory of a loved one
In lieu of flowers and gifts, we have created this page in loving memory of Teresa Chan, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and sister, to help raise money for Fight Parkinson's. Teresa suffered with Parkinson’s for over 20 years, a debilitating neurodegenerative disease with no cure.
Fight Parkinson’s is a leading source of specialised health information, advice, and services for those in the Parkinson's community. Through research, education, and support, they strive to improve the lives of people living with Parkinson’s or Atypical Parkinson’s (PSP, MSA and CBS).
